2025年4月23日上午,班超集團(tuán)總裁劉貴平帶隊(duì),組織各事業(yè)部、職能中心總經(jīng)理及部門代表深入重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)一線,開展專題調(diào)研并召開階段性成果推進(jìn)會。項(xiàng)目部總工程師薛耀輝全程講解,監(jiān)理單位、總包方代表及相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人共同參與,全面檢視工程進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量管控成效。
調(diào)研組深入3#、4#還原車間、精煉車間及脫硫脫硝環(huán)保設(shè)施等施工現(xiàn)場,詳細(xì)了解施工進(jìn)度、技術(shù)工藝及安全管理措施。薛耀輝重點(diǎn)匯報(bào)了脫硫脫硝環(huán)保設(shè)施、還原渣庫等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的推進(jìn)情況,并針對項(xiàng)目技術(shù)難點(diǎn)及解決方案進(jìn)行說明。
劉貴平對項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)攻堅(jiān)克難、高效推進(jìn)的成果給予高度肯定,并強(qiáng)調(diào)下一步工作須堅(jiān)持“三嚴(yán)”原則:嚴(yán)守安全紅線、嚴(yán)控成本效能、嚴(yán)抓質(zhì)量標(biāo)桿,要以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為核心,將項(xiàng)目打造為區(qū)域先進(jìn)制造的示范標(biāo)桿。
此次推進(jìn)會標(biāo)志著班超集團(tuán)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)入階段性沖刺。下一步,集團(tuán)將以數(shù)字化、智能化為抓手,加速推進(jìn)車間自動化系統(tǒng)調(diào)試,同步布局產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游協(xié)同。

On the morning of April 23, 2025, Liu Guiping, President of Ban Chao Group, led a team to organize the general managers of various business divisions and functional centers, as well as department representatives, to go deep into the front line of key project construction, conduct special investigations and hold a phased achievement promotion meeting. Xue Yaohui, the chief engineer of the project department, gave a full-course explanation. Representatives of the supervision unit, the general contractor, and heads of relevant departments participated together to comprehensively inspect the effectiveness of project progress and quality control.
The research team went deep into the construction sites of the No. 3 and No. 4 reduction workshops, the refining workshop, and the desulfurization and denitrification environmental protection facilities, etc., to learn in detail about the construction progress, technical processes, and safety management measures. Xue Yaohui focused on reporting the progress of key links such as the desulfurization and denitrification environmental protection facilities and the reduction slag storage, and explained the technical difficulties of the project and the solutions.
Liu Guiping highly affirmed the achievements of the project team in overcoming difficulties and promoting the project efficiently. He emphasized that the next step of work must adhere to the "Three Stricts" principle: strictly abide by the safety red line, strictly control the cost-effectiveness, and strictly grasp the quality benchmark. With technological innovation as the core, the project should be built into a demonstration benchmark for advanced manufacturing in the region.
This promotion meeting marks that the project construction of Ban Chao Group has entered a phased sprint. In the next step, the group will take digitization and intelligence as the starting points, accelerate the debugging of the workshop automation system, and simultaneously lay out the coordination of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.
